I post regularly at ReligiousForums. If you enjoy sparring with Christian whack jobs, I've got a good one in this thread--last few pages. (http://www.religiousforums.com/forum/general-religious-debates/63253-does-belief-god-prevent-people-killing-15.html)
So tell us again why you want to put yourself through this torture? It's a while since I've encountered one this nutty. You got guts, I'll give that much. When this tyrant wasn't making incredibly bad arguments, he/she was attacking you.
Do you realize that a person reveals their true feelings when they tell you about their version of god? This person is a genuine bloodthirsty tyrant. It talks about the murder of innocent babies with a gleam in its eye and drool in its mouth! What else could it be?

Regrading the plagues on Egypt didn't God "harden Pharaoh's heart" so that he couldn't release the Jews from slavery even if he had originally wanted to ?
Exodus 10:20
But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go.
Exodus 10:27
But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he would not let them go
Exodus 11:10
And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
It's a while since I read the koran, but I seem to remember that Allah does that sort of thing to people and then punishes them for it!

uss_bigd reminds me of Magus55 at his worst. You're certainly right to try to keep him posting- with enemies like that, who needs friends?

Yes, at one point I did ask him if he knew who hardened Pharoah's heart. Too bad, he went away.
To be fair, although he was a sick fuck, he was more honest than many Christians, who often start out denying there are any such passages in the OT before segueing into a claim that those were some really, really, bad babies. I mean, when you're claiming to use an ancient primitive book of history and myth as a guide to life, what are you going to do with all the passages glorifying what a powerful God of War you've got?
