Just a quick point about the TH forum as seen from the homepage. Sometimes it is listed as 'Private' and sometimes the last thread posted in can be seen as normal. I suspect that this happens when the latest post is in the 'Confidential' subforum.
There's probably a hack or a setting that can fix this, I would have thought. Ni real need to have the whole of TH appear private is there?
I only noticed because I have been following the recent drama (I should really get a life, I know) and my first thought, when I saw it go private, was "ooh, they've made it private without telling anyone." Then it changed back and I went, "ooh, they've changed it back, good for them." Then it happened a few more times, after which I formed my current hypothesis. :)
