For any who are interested, here are some great video resources on media criticism:
"Sticks and Stones" is a really good one by the CBC documentary program "The Fifth Estate." They basically examine the claims of "liberal media bias," FOX News shenanigans, Bill O'Reilly (especially his "Paris Business Review" sham), that interview with Coulter (where she talks about Canadian soldiers in Vietnam), US mainstream media biases, culture war stuff, and other things.

"Buying the War" was great too. The documentary focuses on the US mainstream media prior to the Iraq war on how they basically became deluded uncritical cheerleaders for the pro-war perspective.

This one also focuses on the mainstream media prior to the Iraq war:

Though this Fifth Estate documentary recycles a lot of stuff from "Stick and Stones", it was a good analysis on the neoconservative movement and the Shrub administration's role in deceiving the US public.

Then of course, there's Outfoxed:

Finally, this was a good interview of the author of "So Wrong for So Long: Greg Mitchell on How the Press, the Pundits—and the President—Failed on Iraq."
