Changing ownership of a domain name

Has anyone ever done this at GoDaddy? I'm trying to figure it out, but the 'contact' button they tell me to use is always grayed out.

Thanks. I just keep getting back to the same place where I'm supposed to edit contacts and the contact button is gray. I'll have to email them or something.
