Rep bug

I've tried to + rep someone but get the message "you must spread rep around before repping this person again" -- even though I've repped other people since I last repped this person.

I don't rep all that often, so this is just a minor problem.

You have to rep iirc 20 other people before you can rep the same person again.

I don't actually see why it should be limited at all, given that we aren't showing totals. Can we just set the limit to some stupidly large number* (or even delete that bit)?

Also it would be one last thing with the word "rep" in it, which might be good.

Which would leave only the little scales icon to change, and the thing would be completely divorced from sordid roots!

*ETA: sorry, misunderstood the way the limits worked! - in that case, set it to zero.

I think the daily limit and spreading requirement are both 20. I'd like the former to be higher and the latter lower. I'm not going to go around repping random posts so it might take quite a while to get 20 different people. It's also annoying to have to remember who I have repped.

I've tweaked the numbers to 100 per day and 1 other person before you can do the same person again.
