"Jump to" list format

See the "Forum Jump" drop down box at the bottom of the page. There are indents for subforums. The {Formal Debates, Rat Ring, Rat Ring Proposals} set are not correctly indented. Oooh the horror!

But it still bugs me, and a fix probably requires someone typing a couple of space characters...

Hm. I think those three forums are showing up correctly, but the formal debates and discussions shouldn't be listed because it's a category. I'll take a look under the hood and see what I can figure out.

I assumed the FD&D was the category with the RR & RRP being subforums under that category. Makes sense that way.
