Username problems...just so you know

Certain types of unicode characters break the way the forum displays for many of our users. While we applaud creativity in usernames, because of this we've had to limit usernames to a standard character set that can be rendered just fine on most if not all of our browsers. If anyone feels unjustly penalized for this, I apologize, but I don't see anyway around it :(

heh. I used to use ASCII characters to create directories in DOS to keep windows users out of them. They really can break GUIs in fun and interesting ways.
