I've turned off the automatic daylight savings thingy in the control panel but to get myself on the correct time here I have to put it in Pacific time instead of Mountain time. I'm pretty sure the timezone thingy is buggy due to it the changes being later than they used to be.

I know it was the problem I was having on my home computer. If not, let me know and I'll look into it.
