Were do I go to point out possible bugs?

Just had a strange experience with the Jump menu at the bottom right of the page. I selected "Discussion" as a possible destination, and the result was unexpected-no forums showed up. Also, it looks as if the forums in the discussion area are at the same level of hierarchy as Discussion, which may have something to do with it.

I think that you're right that we need a bugs forum. The sysadmins are so busy setting things up that they probably don't have time to read everything yet so it would be good to have it all in one place.
