ACP defaults

Dear experts... ref Raven's marvellous to-do list (http://talkrational.org/showthread.php?p=281478#post281478) for what needs doing when staff stand up / down... when someone is made (or re-made) a Mod, there are a handful of tweaks we do for each person's settings from the default.

How about making those tweaks the defaults please?

Hm. Maybe there's a way to change the defaults...I've never noticed it...I'll poke around.
