Well, it's true that I am not a clinician. But not only is my PhD in psychology, I also work in a university psychiatric department and an Institute of Mental Health. Which means that I do in fact have some professional ethical duties and constraints, which may turn out to be incompatible with adminning TR - I know enough to know not to take risks. But that's OK, because if they come into conflict I'm happy to resign.
