No I am not. My biases are purely arrived at through rational means. Not only that, but, being aware that they are biases, I can, to a pretty substantial degree, avoid using them to color my ability to recognize simple facts related to the issues. Being unwilling to address his own pure ideology was the subtext. I almost always do meta on people like SZ, Jerome, the creationists, the communists and anyone whose argument boils down to "I will make these facts fit my narrative in spite of the quality of the fit.". It's the only way to make that sort of discussion interesting.

i wasn't even paying attention to the conversation. i just think it's funny to come by and pile on, when i see someone getting crap from multiple people.

Here's hoping! It's certainly worth a go. There's something almost uniquely foul about him, a shuddersome sense that he gets off on these whispered threats of IRL harm.

yes, what's going on there is that he was sarcastically making a good point, but instead of admitting it, i annoyingly spun his sarcasm as him being dense. i'm sure he and most others followed all that.
