I was thinking that from your comments that you had a close affinity with the paper (or the subject covered) but didn't realize that you were the lead author, congrats and thanks for the info.

And you are educating people. The lay people in his threads are there to learn from people who do know this stuff. Although personally I am most interested in his thinking. Anyone even close to being like him are weeded out of academia (I hope) but in manufacturing it can take a lot longer than you might think.

That's ok teeth. I'm not trying to get all over you for not reporting stuff. I'm just trying to say that all of a sudden to come out firing on all cylinders about staff not doing their job isn't exactly fair to staff. I know that I, for one, am getting tired of OTS's schtick and would happily move his posts if I'm aware of them.
