He should have pled temporary insanity. Imagine, you're a guy, thinking you are making out with a woman who is responding so nicely, and then finding out it is another guy. Some guys would go berserk. Hard to tell just what someone would do when they lose their mind for a few moments...

Personally, I don't care. Doesn't bother me at all. I generally don't go to public swimming pools. Primarily because of all the kids, so the fewer of them the better. Though I have to say the girls are generally better behaved and less annoying. Maybe that's no longer the case, I haven't been to a public pool in ages.

I do go to my gym and swim. They don't allow anyone under 17 in the pool, but I guess kids are allowed elsewhere and so also in the dressing rooms. So far they've not been too much of a disturbance. Some of the young adults are annoying but so are some of the seniors.

Many of Charlotte’s top employers, including Bank of America and Wells Fargo, already have LGBT protections in place for their employees, said convicted child molester Chad Sevearance, president of the Charlotte Business Guild, an LGBT-founded business group and part of the coalition that originally proposed the ordinance.

The ordinance’s demise, the convicted child molester said, compromises those same employees who are unprotected “when they leave for lunch … when they go to hail a cab for a meeting across town,” the convicted child molester said. “Not only should we have protections in the workplace, but we should have protections in the marketplace, as well.
