Since most of what he says doesn't make any fucking sense in context of the conversation and he keeps going at you and going at you, it really builds into this "I'm not going to take shit from this fucking idiot" kind of a thing.

I wish more people would just ignore him, but he's that ideal blend of pretentious and delusional which just brings the worst out in virtually everyone. At some point, even if you don't care about arguing with him, it just becomes too tempting to ask "Wait, is that seriously your understanding of the situation here?"

Yeah. I came in totally blind and had some weird, but relatively peaceful, conversations about a couple of issues. Then I made a totally harmless joke about Obama that exploded into this whole dumb bullshit deal complete with nonsensical puppet mastering claims. And since he felt it necessary to tell me how owned mind-fucked I was and whatever the fuck else he is rambling about over and over I felt the need to point out (not just to him) that he is a crazy idiot.

I now realize how unnecessary and obvious that statement was.

Now I feel slightly bad for making fun of a guy who clearly has issues, but not so bad that I'll stop if the craziness continues.

eta: He really does throw off a forum. I'll give him that.

Pretty sure that's the one and only time anyone has ever credited me with any sort of puppet mastering. Because my all-powerful people-skills somehow got him banished from 4 forums!!111!1

BTW my servers have been offline since 2011 due to an overheat event (I will not embarrass the Schneibsteress further by revealing anything but that she closed a door without turning on an air conditioner that she was told not to close without turning on the air conditioner, because I was not there).

But the logs were placed on a laptop, which didn't get hot enough to be damaged.

And yes, I'm aware my name and address and telephone number are on my IP address' lookup. When I am back up with all my servers I'll need to provide it unless I want everyone legit to cut off email from me.
