Actually, natural disasters are not meant to harm humans but since humans are now not using intelligence, humans suffer a lot from nat disas...

Humans have always suffered from natural disasters. Its what happens when you live on a geologically active planet with weather. Finding somewhere in the world that has never been affected (even if it was only in a comparatively minor way) by something you could call a natural distaster is physically impossible.

I do agree to a degree- building houses on a flood plain is not a good idea. There's a reason they call it the "flood plain". Living on the side of a volcano isn't necessarily a good idea. Until you remember that volcanic soils are some of the most fertile, so they're really good for growing crops, as long as you don't mind the inconvenience of an eruption every so often.

The reason why that philosophical question/dilemma/mystery or unsolved problem has no solution because our best minds, thinkers, scientists, philosophers and the likes (for almost 2000 years of span) had dismissed the real intelligence.

When I discovered the real intelligence, I nailed that topic very easily...

Thus, this is not already a mystery. It is already solved.
