no no, "classical theism" which is apparently whatever the fuck SMS wants it to be. western theology itself is quite varied, and clearly "classical theism" must be some subset of that. clearly it's rather unrelated to the bible, which not only has a frequently (but not always) anthropomorphic god, but also his (still divine) incarnate son, who is also god. and it really doesn't get any more anthropomorphic than "actually a human being".

quotes around "classical theism" because, while it is a real set of theological ideas, i'm not entirely sure that SMS is actually using them correctly. because, as i understand it, classical theism shouldn't particular contradict the scriptures of any of the abrahamic religions.
