the recall procedure:

:

1. Any member may initiate a staff recall.
2. Recalls are initiated by opening a thread including a justification for the recall in The Soap Box forum.
3. A poll is added to the thread 2 days later with the options: Remove ... from staff, Do not remove ... from staff, and Abstain.
4. If the staff member has not responded for 2 days after the thread was started, the poll will be delayed by up to 2 more days in order to allow a response before the poll starts.
5. The poll runs for one week and is then locked. Whichever is the greater of the yes/no votes holds.
6. Recall by staff follows the same procedure, except the thread is started in the Staff Discussion forum, along with a Peanut Gallery in The Soap Box.

btw i think that smilie is hilarious and i embarrassingly did not see the matty connection right away, i just thought it was a post regarding how edgy and in your face our friend damian is, he would totally kick a pregnant lady to troll her while smiling really big.

Matty had the very bad sense of exposing his defensiveness of his "8 month pregnant wife" as a button. This image is in my judgment being posted for the sole purpose to get a rise out of Matty, and with the other actions being taken by Bart towards Matty over the past couple of days I take it to be harassment.

Bart responded to my moving those posts by spamming it, and adding it to his sign and avatar to I dunno force some sort of issue or other. I don't care about that ongoing fight. I do care about protecting members from what I perceive as harassment. Admin overrule or recall are your ways of correcting my actions if I am in the wrong.

That smiley could very well be aimed at damian. Probably not, given who made it. But, it's not aimed at Matty's wife. My guess is that it's aimed at all the retards who had kittens over damian's post that involved Matty's wife.

This is all a big misunderstanding. Bart is angry because he is no longer the official agent of karma. Understandably, he is lashing out. Now that his actions are no longer counted as lessons to be learned, he is trying to make them at least be heard.
