  • "il y a une chance que" generally calls for the subjunctive, so could someone please chance "peut" to "puissiez"? Failing that, at least change it to "pouvez" so it doesn't scream  "TalkRational: a republic of illiteracy" to the world.

http://www.tampabay.com/news/publicsafety/crime/Neo-Nazi-Florida-National-Guard-soldier-gets-five-years-in-prison-on-bombmaking-charges_164309905

Quote
TAMPA -- The government said Brandon Russell was a dangerous bomb maker who spewed the hateful ideology of Nazis.

But he spoke softly to a federal judge Tuesday.

"I'm sorry for what I have done," Russell, 22, told Senior U.S. District Judge Susan Bucklew. "I take responsibility for what if have done."

Expressing concern about public safety, she ordered him to prison for five years for possessing an unregistered destructive device and unlawfully storing of explosive materials.

The explosives were found May 19, 2017, at a Tampa Palms home that Russell, a self-admitted neo-Nazi leader, shared with three friends. One, Devon Arthurs, is accused of killing the other two, Andrew Oneschuk, 18, and Jeremy Himmelman, 22.

Arthurs, accused of killing his roommates because they disrespected his conversion to Islam, was arrested the day of the killings, after he stormed into a nearby smoke shop and held several people hostage until his surrender, police reported. He told officers he had killed the pair in the apartment, then led them to the bodies.

Outside, police encountered Russell, who was described as hysterical and crying.

In a subsequent search of the property, authorities found bombmaking materials. They said the items belonged to Russell, 21, who was the leader of a small-time neo-Nazi group and was said to admire Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, whose picture Russell kept.

Quote
In August, before he pleaded guilty, the FBI obtained copies of several letters Russell intended to be delivered to someone outside the jail, according to court records, including one where he attached a blurb about a 16-year-old Nazi who in 1962 told a judge that "I don't care HOW long you put me in jail, your honor ... as soon as I get out, I will go right back to fight for my White Race and my America!"

Prosecutors also Russell also drew a diagram of how to make an explosive, "which shows his intention to share his knowledge with others," according to court records.

In a second packet of letters, Russell wrote about being visited in jail by one of the Atomwaffen members and drew plans for an "Airborne Leaflet Dropping Device," demonstrating Nazi propaganda falling from the sky.

"Russell is not someone whose arrest and incarceration has caused him to reflect on his conduct or feel remorse," according to court records. "His conduct in this case posed a grave danger to human life, and he has shown that he will continue to be dangerous once released from incarceration."

I'm sure it's just to raise profile for a forthcoming book and milk the wingnut welfare as much as possible, but it'll be fun to see the courts dunk hard on this.

Australian Open quarter finalist Tennys Sandgren the tennis player from Tennessee morphs seamlessly into 2018's first milkshake duck* https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2018/jan/22/tennys-sandgren-alt-right-australian-open-twitter

Earlier this month, Sandgren retweeted a video by Nicholas Fuentes, a Boston University student who received death threats after attending the white supremacist rally in Charlottesville last year. Sandgren also follows a number of controversial figures on Twitter, including Tommy Robinson the former leader of the far-right English Defence League, and Dan Roodt a South African once described by John Oliver as a purveyor of "some of the finest examples of vintage bigotry". Sandgren also described "Pizzagate", a conspiracy theory linking Hillary Clinton to a paedophile ring as "sickening and the collective evidence is too much to ignore".

Richard Spencer can't find a lawyer. Sucks to be him.

https://www.cnn.com/2018/01/31/us/richard-spencer-no-lawyer-charlottesville-lawsuit/index.html

I guess the established white supremacist groups hate him enough not to provide theirs? Or have they stopped having lawyers ready?

Right.
There is a word late Latin word, theoria, (directly transliterated from the Greek).
The ablative (the form used with 'in' ) would be  theoriĆ£

'in theorem' is  or stercus taurorum.

Yeah. There's also theorema, which would be 'in theoremate' (damn third declension), but that would make no sense.

I was also made aware by other Turning Point chapters under your watch that you were fully aware that Young Americans for Liberty members were the ones who dressed up as children, and that instead of putting the blame where it belonged, you not only distanced yourself from the event, but you let my chapter face the consequences of online harassment.

Last semester, Frankie told us we were not allowed to bring Kyle Chapman (the Based Stickman) to our campus since Turning Point wants to distance itself from the alt-right, despite him being a Constitutionalist Ron Paul supporter. Meanwhile, Frankie was liking tweets from notorious Charlottesville attendee and white nationalist icon, James Allsup.

Instead, you won't take my phone calls at the times you tell me you want to talk to me, and can't even so much as respond to a text yet again. You were also made aware of how this has started to affect my emotional health, and still refuse to take me seriously, and act as the leaders you are supposed to be.

As of right now, I am in disbelief at how I went from being so upbeat, enthusiastic, and passionate about this organization to being disgusted, frustrated, and embarrassed to have invested my entire senior year into an organization founded by a college dropout who hires some of the most incompetent, lazy, and downright dishonest people I have ever encountered.
