Also a more faithful translation of "Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who have trespassed against us" is "You fucked with me, now it's a must that I fuck with you."
Some churches say "Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors"
... or something like that.
I hoped he'd be Hillary's running mateHillary does not need to run again. She is too disliked.
Apparently the misrepresentation is so subtle it can't even be articulated.
And we concluded that it cannot be articulated because it was not articulated within 10 minutesIt has now been 4 hours and 36 minutes. Do you care to articulate the misrepresentation?
All the articles I can find so far are behind paywalls, but apparently the bill (accidentally?) eliminated the R&D tax credit (among some others) that corporations won't be excited to lose.http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2017/12/senate-gop-accidentally-killed-all-corporate-tax-deductions.html
The head looks a lot like Crow from MST3K.
no shit it's about the donors, but my point is you don't do this shit if you think you're gonna have to face the electorateThe electorate is stupid and they'll forget in 6 months.
We need to change that twitter plugin to do a screen cap and keep it for posterity.
See, this isn't actually your personal blog, where you post whatever half-baked notion flits across your mind and you ignore any and every challenge to it.Isn't that how discussion forums usually work?
It's actually a discussion forum.
http://jan.ucc.nau.edu/plants-c/forage/index.shtmlWait - is Savory talking about the Sonoran Desert?"... hundreds of miles from New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and back"
Sounds like primarily if not exclusively the Colorado Plateau.
Lists over 2 dozen grasses of the Colorado Plateau.
https://www.desertmuseum.org/books/nhsd_grasses.phpI see. I wonder why there are only three species left. I certainly have lots more than three species in my pasture.
Where does this '3 species' business come from? From Savory's car window research? From the USDA or some other gov't org? Citation? Is '3 species' of grass a bad thing if it is in fact a desert full of non-grass desert flora? Why would you expect your Missouri pasture, which gets plenty of rain, to have the same vegetative composition as a desert?
Grasses in the Desert
In the Sonoran Desert, the grasses are very diverse; over a dozen of them reach the western limits of their ranges in Sonoran desertscrub in the Tucson Mountains. Examples include bull grass (Muhlenbergia emersleyi), cane beardgrass (Bothriochloa barbinodis, formerly called Andropogon barbinodis), curly mesquite grass, gramas (Bouteloua chondrosioides, B. eriopoda, B. gracilis, B. hirsuta), plains bristlegrass (Setaria macrostachya), plains lovegrass (Eragrostis intermedia), and squirrel tail (Elymus elymoides, formerly called Sitanion hystrix).
i hope everyone who voted for this piece of shit is happy with themselvesMany of them still are.
eta: Unemployment lowest in forever, Dow at an all time high.
No proper "roof" either. It's a tarp he's put up over a line between two trees, and built a hovel under.
That's a feature. It allows him to vent his stove into the open-ended attic thus saving tens of dollars worth of materials to to raise his chimney.
Too bad it's almost 2018, eh?

No. My "tree fort" is not pitiful. It's quite comfortable actually. And it looks great. Have you seen pics? And it was ridiculously inexpensive.I'm glad you're comfortable. I suspect the average american would not be. Looks are subjective. Yes, inexpensive I'll grant you, but it also probably does not meet code for a place of residence.
Yeah, it does have a very Leonard Cohen vibe to it. I didn't realize that until you said it.
