Sean Spicer deserves his own thread.
Adolf Hitler "didn't even sink to using chemical weapons" during World War II.

So if the administration is arguing that Assad is literally worse than Hitler, that's a really forceful argument that regime-change needs to happen.

Dunno. Trump has reportedly been critical of Spicer before, when he got flack for being almost as much of a mess as Trump himself. OTOH, the Spicer distractions might be mostly a good thing for the WH.

"I think when you come to sarin gas, there was no, [Hitler] was not using the gas on his own people the same way that Ashad [?] is doing--clearly, I understand, thank you--I appreciate that--there was not, in the, in the, he brought 'em into, to the Holocaust centers, I understand that. But I'm saying the way that the sha--Assad used them, where he went into towns, dropped them down to innocent--into the middle of towns, it was brought, so, the use of it, I appreciate the clarification."

One of the press in the audience.

I just can't....

How...

I mean I don't think that there is a facepalm big enough for this.

Following the briefing, Spicer released a further statement saying he wasn't trying to "lessen the horrendous nature of the Holocaust."

"However, I was trying to draw a contrast of the tactic of using airplanes to drop chemical weapons on innocent people," he said in the statement.

I predicted he wouldn't last more than a few months back in January.

Well you know, things were well contained in the Holocaust Centers, not like Assad's chemical weapons that could drift any which way. Hitler was just being responsible.

Why is everyone giving him such a hard time.

It's absolutely true that Hitler didn't gas his own people.

Jews were not his own people.

They should've fought to fix their own country instead of trying to escape and mooch off other countries.
