I saw the most beautiful cat today. Sadly, I'm pretty sure it's a yearling feral from the colony not far from here, so I'll have to frighten it away for fear of it biting my non-fighting cat.

Imagine a tiny black lion with mirror shiny black sleek fur on body, a thick black mane an fluffy tail and legs. Has a nearly healed wound at the base of its tail, which is a common bite zone. :(

Ha I just realised that's what your avatar is  - they are very expressive cats. Just a pity those kittens may not have long lives if they stay in captivity, apparently they don't have particularly strong immune systems and may not be used to dealing with domestic cat viruses.

Then again if they get released they may carry something into the wild population.... :ohmy:
