As well as random twitter-drivebys harrassing non-white high school students celebrating their admission to ivy league universities, he's repeatedly gone after David Hogg and the Margery Douglass school survivors as a whole.
He falls into a weird private citizen category right now, which is maybe why his tweets haven't drawn more attention.
