The IAEA's certified that Iran is following the agreement 11 separate times.  lol at anyone trusting US agreements ever again, and doing this right before heading to NK to discuss.....denuclearization agreements lmao

I think the most that can be hoped for is that trump ends up going with his isolationist streak and follows this with unilateral sanctions and that's it, rather than listening to the neocons and starting a war.  so we withdraw from the deal and bluster a lot for no particular reason, but the main casualty is US standing in international politics.

right.  nk will point to us breaking the iran deal when iran is in compliance, and say they can't trust us.  and they will be right.

fortunately, iran sounds like they're going to ignore us and stay in the deal.  they and the world are going to shrug and work around us.

meanwhile the neocons and israel are trying really hard to hype some movement of Iranian troops in syria and saying "omg they're starting a war!  hurry up and bomb them now!"

I guess that's not a good analogy because there are lots of people ready to help Bolton but America certainly fits.

At this point, the evidence is pretty clear that states should pursue nuclear weapons at all costs since that's the only thing that buys you protection and a seat at the table.

Or you could just give up your nukes like Qaddafi did. Worked out pretty well for his regime!
